Refreshing, bright, and dry–the 2018 vintage of our Pinot Gris personifies this classic Willamette Valley mainstay. Favoring a spectrum that emphasizes elegance and friendliness over width and weight, our Pinot Gris is casual but smartly capable of complimenting a range foods. From simple oven-roasted chicken to spicy Indian or Thai dishes, this wine is as versatile as it is delicious.

Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed. The juice is settled then racked to stainless fermenter where its inoculated and fermented cold and slow for about 6 weeks. Held on lees before clarification and bottling.

Even after a string of very good and great vintages, 2018 is poised to be a standout. Spring and summer were exceptionally warm and dry – with perhaps fewer of the dramatic heat spikes seen in recent years. The harvest season ushered in a long, dry, beautiful fall. Cool nights and mild daytime temperatures extended ripening while maintaining balance, brightness and natural acidity.
