2016 Walnut City Riesling


The 2016 Willamette Valley Riesling shows lovely off-dry approachability and a medley of exciting aromas and flavors. Pineapple, dried apricot and shredded coconut mingle in all its happy tropical glory! Expect a generous, round mouthfeel from the extended skin contact followed by a lifting tick of acidity on the finish.

Hand harvested. Clusters are manually crushed, and left to soak on skins at 38 degrees for 48 hours before being pressed and cold settled. The juice is then racked to stainless steel tank, inoculated, and cold fermented for 6 weeks until the desired balance is reached. Fermentation is arrested by racking the wine off lees and chilling.
